It’s in the spirit of that commitment that Everkem Diversified Products is proud to announce the addition of TruSil 100 family of products to our Sealtite line of sealants & adhesives.
We designed TruSil 100 as the superior silicone solution. TruSil100’s 100% silicone formulation provides greater adhesion, minimal shrinkage, higher temperature resistance & lower temperature application, and overall increased performance over lesser “extended” silicone formulations commonly found in the marketplace. Additionally, we formulated TruSil 100 to meet low V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compounds) requirements (30 g/l)- ensuring efficacy of our product without compromising its safety for you, your customers, or the environment.
Speaking of safety, no one likes Mildew. In addition to its awful appearance and smell, it can pose serious health concerns. Fortunately, TruSil 100 is equipped with a line of Mildew Resistant solutions to the product family. These Mildew resistant solutions are perfect for applications in damp, poorly ventilated areas such as showers, locker rooms, tubs, sinks – all the places mildew loves to breed.
NSF-51 CERTIFICATION
From there, we took it a step further, obtaining an NSF-51 Certification. This certification ensures that TruSil 100 is food safe- meaning it does not cause food-borne illnesses when it comes into contact with food and/or beverages. This makes TruSil 100 the ideal sealant/adhesive to use in and around food processing, storage, or virtually any silicone application where contact with food may occur.

Even our product packaging was designed to be superior. TruSil 100 comes in an improved caulk tube designed with a removable nozzle which allows for easy cleaning, storage, and reuse after product has been opened. Also, when using multiple tubes for a project, you can swap out nozzles between tubes to ensure your desired bead size remains consistent throughout the entire job. Oh, and the added screw-on tip reduces waste (and costs!) by limiting the product’s exposure to air between uses, helping to prevent premature curing.
